School Kit Drive — Can you sew? Can you purchase school supplies to donate? Monetary donations are appreciated too, so that the very specific heavy duty material may be purchased to make these bags. The bags will be taken to the Festival of Sharing in September.

MISSIONS WITHIN THE US

Mission Team Out West - We will be sending a mission team West week of June 20 - 29th, 2009.  We will be  traveling to Show Low, Arizona and doing general maintenance work in the mornings at the American Indian Christian Mission School.  In the afternoons, we will be boarding the school's bus and traveling to the Navajo reservation to minister to the Navajo children in their neighborhoods and on their playgrounds.  We will end the trip with an overnight stop at the Grand Canyon on the way back to the airport.  This is an excellent opportunity for a family mission experience!

Athens, OH  Day Trips are scheduled to build up and support the community.

Supporting Alaskan Missionary - Fran Lynch is currently serving in Native America villages in Alaska and the Willow UMC Outreach program responding to those in need of emergency housing, food and care

MISSIONS GLOBALLY
